Delete your Happierness account
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
If you have a Happierness account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is inside Happierness:
- Log in to your account
- Open Settings
- Choose Account deletion
- Confirm deletion
When you delete your account in the app, your account and associated check-in data are scheduled for deletion according to our privacy and retention practices.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot log in or no longer have access to the app, email us from the email address connected to your Happierness account:
Subject line: Account deletion request
Please include:
- the email address connected to your Happierness account
- a short note saying that you want your account deleted
We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting the account.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your Happierness account, including your check-ins, reflections, notes, saved insight feedback, preferences, and profile information, unless we are required to keep limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
How long it takes
In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Email deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days.
